Bodies Collection

Drawing inspiration from the 2023 Fashion Scholarship Fund design brief, this collection delves into the disparities encountered by plus-size women in the workplace. Extensive research on these inequalities served as the foundation for designing a collection that is not only for but centered around plus-size bodies.

This collection challenges the conventional notion that plus-size fashion lacks in style and color. Bursting with vibrate hues, bold patterns, and design tailored to embrace plus-bodies, it aims to revolutionize the perception of fashion for larger sizes.

Exhibition

Finalized dress from my repeat print collection, produced using SCAD's fabric printing services on 100% silk. I custom-tailored the dress to fit a size 22. This dress and coordinating wallpapers were selected for display at the annual SCAD Fibers Open Studio event.
