I partnered with fashion designer Chloe Corso on her collection Man and the Machine, which explored the evolving relationship between humans and technology. Chloe developed all motifs, color direction, and placement layouts for the garments, while my role focused on translating her digital concepts into tangible surface embellishment through machine stitching. I provided a comprehensive stitch library outlining the full capabilities of my equipment, and together we mapped out the specific stitch types and applications for each element of her designs. I executed all topical stitching according to this plan, ensuring technical precision and alignment with her creative vision. The completed textile work contributed to five final looks and an accompanying fashion film. This project reinforced my commitment to collaborative practice and the value of combining specialized skills to bring complex concepts to life. More of Chloe’s work can be found on her website and Insta!
